CLEAR ADVICE, GROUNDED IN EXPERIENCE

Different conditions need different solutions.

VALLAS was created to bring practical, experience-led surface advice to riders, landowners, facilities and animal properties across New Zealand.

Our work sits between product supply, surface knowledge and project support. We help you understand what your arena or property needs before money is spent on materials, repairs or construction.

Consultation enquiries are led directly by James, whose practical experience is at the heart of VALLAS. With a background across construction, machinery, equestrian environments and equestrian surface systems, he brings grounded and professional knowledge to every project.

As horse people ourselves, we understand that surfaces are not just technical —  they affect confidence, usability, safety and the day-to-day experience of both horse and rider.

From arena footing and moisture behaviour through to race training tracks, farm tracks, wet areas, contractor guidance and staged project planning, VALLAS focuses on clear, practical, and innovative solutions that suit the site, the animals, and the way the property is used.

We are not here to overcomplicate the process.

We are here to help you understand your options clearly and choose a solution that suits your property, your horses and the way the space is used.
