Mud is hard on horses, livestock and people. It softens hooves, makes daily handling messy, and turns gateways, yards, troughs and shelters into slippery winter chaos.

VALLAS Mud Mats and VALLAS Terra work together to create a cleaner, drier and more stable surface. The wool mat separates the mud below, while VALLAS Terra creates a natural and comfortable hardwood chip surface above.

Less mud. Drier boots. Happier animals. Healthier soil.

Good to know: Over time, the natural wool mat slowly breaks down, returning organic matter to the ground beneath. In field testing, the ground beneath has shown improved soil fertility due to the natural wool ingredients.
